A 3.7 mile walk over Whaley Moor inc the Dipping Stone. More assents than on most walks, but mainly gentle except for a steepish section in the middle which we will climb slowly. Spectacular views. 7 stiles. Meet at layby on the left-hand side of Mudhurst Lane, Higher Disley, just over ¾ mile from its junction with Buxton Old Road and before High Peak School. (GR SJ982 625).
